For courses lasting one day or less, registrants can postpone or withdraw their booking free of charge up to 7 days before the course in their account. For courses lasting more than one day, the deadline is 35 days.
After this period has expired, a free cancellation or postponement is only possible with a medical certificate.

In the event of delays of more than 30 minutes, there is no entitlement to participate in the course. In this case, the course costs will be charged at 100%.

To participate, you must have a certain head for heights and be physically and mentally fit. Please refer to the document Self-declaration of state of health.

The certificate will be available in the applicant's account from the day after the (last) day of the course and will be sent by e-mail within two working weeks.

Depending on the course, the documents are also available in German, French, Italian, English, Spanish and Portuguese. Courses can also be organized in these languages on request.
If a participant does not speak the course language, it is up to the trainer to send them home. In this case, the course costs will still be charged.
