Timon is hard to beat in terms of commitment and charm. An all-rounder on the rope, precise in his thinking and confident in his execution. What he can't do, he learns quickly and with pleasure. His hobbies include setting up housing cooperatives and completely renovating listed buildings. In between, he likes to rebuild the camper and spend the winter in Markokko.

As a service specialist, Leo carefully looks after our customers' PPE equipment. He can also be found in our store from time to time. Leo gained his know-how from the Ropetech rope park, where he held various positions for many years. In his spare time, he spins the Swiss clubs as DJ Laser Lele.

At Toprope, Michael ensures that our training courses are so popular. Behind the scenes, he works on practical and goal-oriented content. He has several years of experience as an industrial climber and arborist and has recently completed further training as an ASGS occupational health and safety specialist. In his 'spare time', he and his family are renovating an old mill, which he is converting into a little paradise.

Christoph co-founded Toprope in 2004 and was a pioneer in the field of working at height with his company Artif for ten years before that. We are proud that Chrigu passes on his experience in our training courses. As a trained bricklayer, he knows the trade from the ground up. Chrigu devotes his free time to blasting, which he now does very successfully.

With Thom, your material is in experienced hands. As head of our service department, he coordinates the annual inspections and ensures that you can sit back and relax. As a carpenter and industrial climber from the very beginning, he also passes on his extensive experience during consultations. Like our planet, he looks after the espresso machine with care and an eye for detail. In summer, he enjoys driving touring cars through the vastness of Iceland.

Fäbu, lic. rope. - After completing his studies, he spent years traveling the world with open-air cinema productions and worked a few thousand hours on the rope on the side. Today he manages the construction department at Toprope, pulls the strings in the office and is a competent contact person for customers, partners and employees.

Pedro never loses his sense of humor, even on the most arduous construction sites! After an apprenticeship as a bricklayer and years of hard work in rock climbing, he knows how to get things done. As a site manager and course leader, he is indispensable at Toprope. In his free time, he climbs with his wife and son in Oberhasli or relaxes on the beaches of Portugal.

Nothing upsets Röschu. As a supervisor, he takes on challenging projects, is a role model and person of respect for the young and wild and an expert in fall protection. He passes on his considerable experience on the rope to future industrial climbers in our SPRAT courses. He also loves to go high up on a paraglider.

Chrigu, the jack of all trades. He moves and straightens old wooden buildings, renovates pass roads in Oberhasli and runs a multifunctional feel-good place with his wife. On the side, he has put three children on the right path and trims treetops together with the world's elite. We have the privilege of having him teach PSAgA courses at Toprope, of course with complete dedication.

Blanca watches over our customers' safety-relevant material with foresight and foresight. As a PPE expert, she knows the pitfalls and lifespan of countless manufacturers and products. With her Level 1 ticket, she also keeps her finger on the pulse in practice. She worked in rope parks for many years and is a trained outdoor coach. No wonder she prefers to spend her free time in the forest or in the mountains - the main thing is to be outdoors.
