Samy supports us as a highly motivated course instructor. He knows the material like hardly anyone else. Whatever he tackles, he does it properly and with full enthusiasm. He lives up to his beard at the Elsigenalp cable car and you're not quite sure whether his two boys keep him on his toes or vice versa.

Timon is hard to beat in terms of commitment and charm. An all-rounder on the rope, precise in his thinking and confident in his execution. What he can't do, he learns quickly and with pleasure. His hobbies include setting up housing cooperatives and completely renovating listed buildings. In between, he likes to rebuild the camper and spend the winter in Markokko.

As a service specialist, Leo carefully looks after our customers' PPE equipment. He can also be found in our store from time to time. Leo gained his know-how from the Ropetech rope park, where he held various positions for many years. In his spare time, he spins the Swiss clubs as DJ Laser Lele.

At Toprope, Michael ensures that our training courses are so popular. Behind the scenes, he works on practical and goal-oriented content. He has several years of experience as an industrial climber and arborist and has recently completed further training as an ASGS occupational health and safety specialist. In his 'spare time', he and his family are renovating an old mill, which he is converting into a little paradise.

Christoph co-founded Toprope in 2004 and was a pioneer in the field of working at height with his company Artif for ten years before that. We are proud that Chrigu passes on his experience in our training courses. As a trained bricklayer, he knows the trade from the ground up. Chrigu devotes his free time to blasting, which he now does very successfully.

Simu is a very accomplished tinkerer and handyman. As a carpenter, he knows how to use tools and never lets anything go to waste. When he's not working for a wage, he's probably rebuilding his van or spending time in the great outdoors.

Serge manages the store at Toprope and is a widely respected equipment guru. His product knowledge is almost as impressive as his composure and efficiency. As a trained advertising technician, he brings his trained eye to bear critically on all graphic matters. He loves to roam the moors of Eriz or spend a few days in the Alps.

Tom is the personnel figurehead and the final authority at Toprope. With 25 years of industry experience under his belt, he pulls the strings in the background. The proven networking professional is valued by all employees and partners for his expertise and drive. He is always on hand when you need him - whether it's on a course, on the construction site or for an advisory discussion.

With Thom, your material is in experienced hands. As head of our service department, he coordinates the annual inspections and ensures that you can sit back and relax. As a carpenter and industrial climber from the very beginning, he also passes on his extensive experience during consultations. Like our planet, he looks after the espresso machine with care and an eye for detail. In summer, he enjoys driving touring cars through the vastness of Iceland.

Koray has experience from various professions and training courses. He now enjoys putting this versatility to good use while hanging from a rope and never loses his sense of humor. He has quickly become a pillar of the team. In his free time, he likes to go biking or surfing.

Mònica easily holds her own in our men's team. She is talented with her hands and moves fluidly on the rope. Her positive nature radiates to everyone who works with her. She spends the winter harvesting olives and climbing in the Spanish sun.

Mike is a life and rope artist. Reliable, highly committed and willing to do anything, he has been a permanent fixture in the toprope team for many years. In winter, he boulders through Spain, builds highlines or locks himself a new oven.

Fäbu, lic. rope. - After completing his studies, he spent years traveling the world with open-air cinema productions and worked a few thousand hours on the rope on the side. Today he manages the construction department at Toprope, pulls the strings in the office and is a competent contact person for customers, partners and employees.

Pedro never loses his sense of humor, even on the most arduous construction sites! After an apprenticeship as a bricklayer and years of hard work in rock climbing, he knows how to get things done. As a site manager and course leader, he is indispensable at Toprope. In his free time, he climbs with his wife and son in Oberhasli or relaxes on the beaches of Portugal.

Nothing upsets Röschu. As a supervisor, he takes on challenging projects, is a role model and person of respect for the young and wild and an expert in fall protection. He passes on his considerable experience on the rope to future industrial climbers in our SPRAT courses. He also loves to go high up on a paraglider.

Dani, as an IRATA L3 at Toprope, takes on challenging projects as a supervisor with full commitment and a big heart. We always look forward to seeing him back with us in the spring after his summer in Patagonia.

Rachid is interested in people, is a precise craftsman and has been on the rope for many years. The ideal mix to provide exciting training as a course instructor and to incorporate the experiences of the participants. When Rachid is not working, he is renovating a construction trailer, reading plant books or playing with his child.

Role is our stuntman. When he's not working on a rope or teaching PPE courses, he can be found plunging out of burning buildings for filming purposes or preparing a car with explosives. He is a trained tinsmith and plumber.

Chrigu, the jack of all trades. He moves and straightens old wooden buildings, renovates pass roads in Oberhasli and runs a multifunctional feel-good place with his wife. On the side, he has put three children on the right path and trims treetops together with the world's elite. We have the privilege of having him teach PSAgA courses at Toprope, of course with complete dedication.

Blanca watches over our customers' safety-relevant material with foresight and foresight. As a PPE expert, she knows the pitfalls and lifespan of countless manufacturers and products. With her Level 1 ticket, she also keeps her finger on the pulse in practice. She worked in rope parks for many years and is a trained outdoor coach. No wonder she prefers to spend her free time in the forest or in the mountains - the main thing is to be outdoors.

Je is our number cruncher and monetary conscience. She organizes the male-dominated henhouse at Toprope, which she has under control almost as well as her two sons at home. You can meet her regularly in the climbing gym, where she also likes to climb around the boys' ears.

Fabrice is our sales professional and is at the service of our customers and suppliers. Whether in our store, in the online store or during an external consultation - you can rely on his advice. In his spare time, he rides a racing bike - recently no longer at professional level - but still faster than any battery bike.

Yvonne holds the strings together in our office and always knows where the needle is hidden in the haystack. In her spare time, she spins across the ice, dives or rides her bike on a trail.

Alex is as reliable and solid as a Volvo. As a trained carpenter, he brings versatility and precise ideas to the game and has become a key player in the Toprope team in recent years. In his spare time, he throws himself off the rocks around Lauterbrunnen and is an excellent skier.

Raphi organizes the courses at Toprope. Thanks to his many years of experience as a heating fitter and planner, he is equally at home in the office and on the construction site. He knows the challenges of day-to-day business and finds the right solutions for our training customers.
